Fresh fava pate recipe

A Mediterranean seasonal side dish of the end of the spring. Very fresh, nutritional with a rich taste and strong flavor.


  • 1 cup fresh baby fava beans peeled
  • ½ cup fresh green peas
  • ½ avocado butter
  • 2 lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh finely chopped coriander
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dill
  • 1 spoon finely chopped green onion
  • ½  garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. In the food processor put the ingredients and process without melting them completely.
