Fresh Roasted

  • ½ Head Cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
How to Make It
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and set on a baking sheet with a silpat.  
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower florets and bake at 425F for 30 minutes.  
  3. The cauliflower should be browned when it comes out of the oven. Add the florets to the food processor.  
  4. Add the almond butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the food processor.  
  5. Pulse the cauliflower until you reach the consistency you want.
