A delightfully aromatic Indian side dish. It’s a great accompaniment to many of the rice dishes in this book.
- Yield: 4 Servings as a side dish
- Press the Sauté button on the multi-cooker and add the ghee or oil. When hot, add the onion. Stir until translucent, then add the garlic and ginger and stir briefly, then add all the remaining ingredients and 3 tablespoons water.
- Secure the lid in place and set to Manual or High Pressure for 4 minutes. At the end of cooking, use the QPR method. Open the pot and stir, then serve with naan or hot dosa.
