Indian sprout salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sunflower sprouts
  • 1 cup pea shoots
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 cups whole walnuts
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 cups sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup diced raw carrots
  • 1 cup sliced sweet onion
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
How to Make It
  1. Coat the walnuts with the honey and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated, 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts, pea shoots, red cabbage, carrots, onion, and sesame seeds.
  4. Then toss the salad with dressing, and top with the walnuts before serving.
