Lentil sprout salad with pineapple chunks and cream cheese!

- 4 cups sprouted lentils
- 4 cups goat pineapple, chopped
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Serve!
