Lobster Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby golden potatoes
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 bundle of chives
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • Seasoning salt
  • Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How to Make It
  1. Boil the potatoes (skin on) until a fork can go right through them. That’s how you test them. Drain the pot, put them back in and add butter and start mashing them. If you got a cake beater or some shit, it’ll be even better in there. It’ll be more fluffy and rich but if you got a cold wrist game, whip that shit up. Add in the kosher salt, white pepper, whole pint of sour cream and chives.
  2. Take the lobster out of the shell, clean it and take the boo-boo out. In a pan with olive oil, sauté it with minced garlic in a pan and drain and add to your mashed potato mix. It’s so fire, I could smell it right now. Make that with some motherfucking chicken breast or a steak. Garnish with parsley.
