  • 1 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomato (1 medium)
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (7-ounce) container hummus (such as Athenos Original)

How to Make It
