Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked gluten-free steel cut oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups fat-free nondairy milk (almond, rice, etc.)
How to Make It
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Add water and milk and stir.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 2½ hours, or on Low 5–6 hours.
