Overnight oats peanut butter and banana recipe

  • 2 Cups Rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 4 Cups Coconut milk
  • ¼ Cup peanut butter
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ Cup mashed banana
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • On top 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
How to Make It
  1. Place oats, chia seeds, kefir, cinnamon, peanut butter, mashed banana and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Divide mixture among 4 x mason jars. Secure lids and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Just prior to serving, give the contents of the jar a good stir. Top with an even amount of sliced bananas, a half a tablespoon of peanut butter, a sprinkle of cacao nibs and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
