Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sliced red peppers
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 1 cup sliced leeks
  • Salt & 1 Tsp ground pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds & 3 bay leaves
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 pounds pork shoulder
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
