Spaghetti with herbs, chilies, and eggs recipe

  • ¾ pound spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 red chili pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh herbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan (1 ounce)
How to Make It
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Warm 3 tablespoons of the oil, the garlic, and the chili pepper in a small saucepan. Toss with the pasta and herbs.
  3. Fry the eggs in the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook until the whites are set, 2 to 3 minutes; serve on the pasta with the Parmesan.
