  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 7 whisked eggs
  • 2 grated sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
How to Make It
  1. In a bowl, mix eggs with onions, sweet potatoes, paprika and minced meat and whisk well.
  2. Grease your slow cooker with coconut oil, add eggs and meat mix, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
