A little bit of decadence on toast!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 75 g low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 medium fig, sliced
  • 15 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • Honey, to drizzle
How to Make It
  1. Toast the bread to your liking.
  2. To serve, place the toast on a serving plate. Spread the ricotta over the toast and top with the fig. Sprinkle over the walnuts and drizzle with honey.
