- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 75 g low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 medium fig, sliced
- 15 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- Honey, to drizzle
How to Make It
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- To serve, place the toast on a serving plate. Spread the ricotta over the toast and top with the fig. Sprinkle over the walnuts and drizzle with honey.
