- Yield: 4 to 6 Servings
- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 15-oz can tomato sauce with garlic and onion
- 2 15-oz cans low-sodium kidney beans, undrained
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Brown beef in a nonstick skillet, just until the pink is gone. Drain.
- Place beef in bottom of slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce, beans, and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on Low 4–6 hours.
