Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, destoned and diced
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced (about ½ tablespoon)
How to Make It
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to incorporate.
